The complex has made a complete turn for the better. I think with the new plaza being built they figured they had to kick it up a notch and finally spend some $ on the community. They just finished up an entire community paint job which looks absolutly awsome also new gates, and I have noticed alot more flowers around the community and pool area. If you have a pet they are welcome and the community includes a pet walking area which is convenient if you have a dog and need to walk them when is dark or really early. Unfortunatly I'm moving out due to my new home purchase but really enjoyed my 2 bedroom one bath for the two years I lived here. Eventhough my unit was facing the train tracks directly train noise was not a problem it was actually extremely convenient for me to have the caltrain station within walking distance since I work in the city. Maintenance team is prompt and friendly as well as office staff - new faces but friendly. As a woman living alone I felt it was a pretty secure community; gated and constant patroled by Sunnyvale Police since there are restaurants/mall/bars within walking distance on Murphy avenue. This has been one of the best communities I've lived in prior to becoming a home owner!
