Rent is waaay too high! Not justified. Management is the worst I have ever encountered, RUDE and the office is never open, the phone rings and rings, voice mail full. Manager is renting too many people who cannot afford the rent this is a BMR apartment and it is obvious that the manager prefers to rent to all her section 8 friends and family - hence the OUTRAGEOUS prices to the rest of us. This is NOT a well-managed property. If you get packages delivered, the office is package jail they will never be open. Parking garage gate is always broken!
