We lived here for 2 years and only reason we moved out that we needed 2 bedroom apartment.
They deducted only for the cleaning as they promised in fact seeing the clean condition of the apt they deducted very nominal amount and we got almost full deposit back.
Management is very friendly.I have never seen any stray animals here,grounds are well kept and its very neat and clean as compared to other apartment of the same rents.nice location and very nice neighbours.
i wish they have 2 bedroom also so that we never have to move out.
