Very old apartment, but kept decently. I can hear people with heels walking up the stairwell and sometimes my upstairs neighbor walking. Doesn't bother me much, but I tend to have higher tolerance.

Laundry room can be messy since people sometimes do not close the door and I see people (not from the apartment) come use it. Ditto for the recreation room on weekend. There are semi-new bike/cross trainier/treadmill in the gym which I use from time to time. The univeral weight machine is mostly broken, but can do in a pinch. I swim in the pool from time to time. It is not heated as claim, but during summer, usable.

Rents have increase lately, but has also increased in the general area. I like the fact that I can walk to Sunnyvale Community Center pool from the apartment and the area feels safe. Not too much noise problem from the road as well.

Managers are not very professional, but the repair staff is quite responsive.

Thank you for your response, but maybe you should talk with your manager if you have some problems, we are not all perfect, maybe you have wrong picture of your managment staff, it is hard to make 170 units happy, there is always someone that have differet opinion of staff...
