This mainly Jr. 1BR complex was great back then for singles working at all the Silicon Valley start-ups. I was in "D" building on the 3rd floor over the jacuzzi for a few years. Though you could hear loud cheering from the H.S. and couldn't be in the kitchen to make dinner without the blinds being closed in both BR and living room due to sun, it was great. D-313 was bright and cheery and in my opinion the best in the complex. Everyone was friendly and we'd play pool volleyball, have get-togethers and go on group outings in the evening. The Apricot Pit has only fond memories. Still receive Christmas cards from a guy who was in "F" building.
