I still live here, and after 11 months, my assessment is as below:
1. Location - Its close to 22 and 55 bus lines, which makes it easy for commuters. My wife likes this very much. Also, the community center is good walk nearby on a hot/warm day.
2. Manager - Senada is the best property manager I have seen. She is very approachable and has very positive attitude. She takes personal responsibility to solve each problem.
3. Parking - Plenty of available
4. Other features like fitness center, pool, ping-pong are good. I hardly used the swimming pool because its not heated.
5. Laundry is kept clean usually, but over the weekend it gets a bit dirty.
6. Security patrolling around 3-4 times in night.
7. Over all good maintenance of the property.
Couple of concern areas:
1. Yes, it gets little noisy when neighbor flush their toilet.
2. With rents going down, I am still paying my previous rent when rental was sky rocketing.
