Too small, badly designed rooms.

I've been living here for about 6 months an I'm going to move out. One bedroom apartment is too small. Can't have parties, gatherings etc. Outlets are badly designed: THere is one phone jack in kitchen. Cable is right where kitchen , bathroom and living room converge.
As others noted, the fixtures are rather old. The cupboards, and other wood structures are old.
However it is nicely located: Withing walking distance to Albertsons, Hertz, Kinkos, In-n-out, CD wherehouse, and countless other places.
