Arbor Terrace

What is everyone complaining about? ALL apartment complexes increase your rent at the end of a lease. EXCEPT when the rents are coming down, and this complex agreed to keep my rent at the reasonable rate it was, as long as I signed a new lease. No lease = increased month to month rent. Go anywhere else, compare the current rents, and they're the same. This is reasonable rent for an older complex, and FAR from the worst, go check out the REAL ghetto areas, Grand Fir rd, Quebec Court, low income and dirty areas. The management at Arbor Terrace has been friendly, and easy to communicate with. I have requested maintenance and have received responses within 2-3 business days for non urgent issues. For a simple rubber stopper replacment on the toilet they responded that day. I feel the grounds have been kept reasonably clean, the pool, jacuzzi and work out room are all clean. MY TEENAGER made more noise than the young children around us. This complex is pet friendly and even has a designated dog area for the dog "business", which I and other pet owners have kept clean. My neighbors were pleasant, and would acknowledge my "good morning" and "hello" All in all, I am satisfied with this complex. Why am I moving? because I'm downsizing to a one bedroom, and YES this complex has market-comparible rents, but I moved closer to work.
