You shouldnt be paying more than $1600 for a 2 bed 2 bath at this point in time. Here are some of the comments I have after living here for nearly 1 year.

- Kitchen is way too small. No cupboard space. Cheap old wood in it.

- Balconey is really small, holds about 3 people. There are nails poking out of the floorboards and the wood is old and splintered.

- Ugly inside - crappy wooden doors, paint is cream colored.

- Toilets do not flush properly. Shower is ok but no water pressure.

- Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything, and I do mean _everything_.

- Staff is better than before with the thieves Jackie and Chris gone. But still watch out, they dont return your calls and will take every opportunity to rip you off.

- You cant get AT&T cable and internet in some apartments (contrary to what I was told before moving in).

- The best thing about this place is that there is plenty of parking and the location is awesome with heaps of shops like albertsons, longs, fast food etc around.

- Good oven. A/C is good but installed in the wrong area.

- The gym is smalled and cramped, and I am still looking for the tanning room that is suppose to be here.

- Washing and drying facilities are _very_ expensive and most of the dryers just take your money and don't work.

- When rent needs to be renegotiated they always try to increase the rent. They offer reasonable move-in bonuses, but once they have you here they don't care about trying to offer you a fair deal.

- Bring your own blinds, because the ones that are installed are crap.

- Garbage and Water are not included in rent and they continually go up and up.

Apart from that it is a nice, quiet place to spend rent money.
