Things have NOT really turned around!!!

There has obviously been a switch in management and/or support staff at Arbor Terrace, but the service is still just as pathetic as before. Calls for service are answered in a very untimely manner and the management team is very aggressive and anti-social.
The community is beautifully landscaped with old tires and shopping carts. The apartment homes have great floorplans (the two bedroom / two bathroom homes are ideal for roommate situations as long as you know each other intimately). I have heard rumors that management is considering a remodel on the kitchens and bathrooms in the near future. This remodeling work will include removing all modern electrical facilities and replacing them with pre-1970s equipement, to match the rest of the apartment decor.
Pets are welcome, which is a plus! The children in the apratment complex love to chase and kick the animals.
My only complaint has to do with the fact that I am not able to pay for more than one covered parking space. So that way both my cars can be watered at 3am in the morning.
Arbor Terrace is an expensive and very unattractive community nestled in the middle of a very hectic Silicon Valley. We like to think of it as our little project in the Valley.
