Arbor Terrace

I lived at Arbor Terrace for almost ten years. For most of that time, my late wife and I worked. Even so, any repairs that were needed were done promptly. We lived facing Fair Oaks Ave., so it was a bit noisy as it is a main thoroughfare(You get used to it). The neighbors were polite, but not particularly friendly. The landscaping is kept up, especially in the summer when the grass, etc. grows profusely. We lived on the top floor of a 2 story building, and had probably 4 or 5 different tenants living below us. Occasionally, when just single guys were there, they would blast their music. We found that when we told them it was too loud they always turned it down. Additionally, the office staff was always polite and helpful.
