No!!! for your own sake

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I move in here for almost 1 year(thank God cause I can leave this hell soon). I want to move out as soon as I just move in because people are making noise anytime they want. No matter inside or outside the door. This apartment does have some good things. Parking is enough but not safe. maintenance workers are very nice and try their best to repair those old equipments.
