Arbor Terrace

We lived at Arbor Terrace from late 2000 thru mid-summer 2001. We found poor, generally unresponsive management, inadequate parking; maintenace was not very prompt, poorly maintained grounds, dirty swimming pool, spa was cold - 92 degrees, the whole place smelled of curry most of the time.
INSIDE our apartment: frequent problems with toilets overflowing and sinks stopping up, lots of ants, spiders, & cockroaches (their exterminator used stuff that did NOT work - we had to buy our own stuff that DID work, i.e., "ant traps" and roach spray; using hairdryer in bathroom often ended up finishing getting ready for work in the dark - entire circuit breaker box had to be replaced - when you flipped the switches in that box, they "arced."
In general, one entire side of the complex was VERY noisy. Prices were out of sight - $2400 for a 2-BR first floor. When we moved out, that apartment rented for $1600. The broadband company bellied up while we were there and we were left high and dry with a dialup connection for 6 weeks while we searched for another broadband company and, I might add, WITHOUT any help or explanation from management.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATION: OKAY, if you are hardly ever there.
