I have been here for a few months now and the only attractive thing about this place so far is they allow pets. My first maintenance issue was the front door did not close properly (as someone may have kicked it in before') but that was fixed they day I reported it. I have made some more requests as I agree with some of the other's on the stove being ancient! I put my pans/pots on the burner and they cave in. The faucets are old and leak if you dont use every muscle in your arm to turn tightly. Yes, the place smelled like curry when we moved in and stayed that way for 4 days, but carpet fresh and spray fixed that. The only REAL complaint I have is that the management did not inform me that my rent would increase once you have a pet move in. I had to pay a 500 doggie deposit (which I thought was all) and now I have been told my rent will increase do to my pet. As for noise, all I hear is children playing outside (so far) but that is music to my ears...better than having them stuck playing video games in a room!! Hope my comments help!!
