When ever your lease comes up to be renewed that ALWAYS try and jack it up! and if you do manage to get it down then they act like you owe them the earth for doing them doing you a favor. Don't bother calling them for any help as you won't get a call back from them unless you owe them money. Otherwise they don't give a cr@p about you.. that is probably why the place has become such a run down dump. Everytime you try and see Val she is pushing food in her face and you have to sit and watch her until she has finished mauling the half of cow she eats everyday.

Someone posted about the trollys.. it is true, there are always trollys left at the stairs.

The place smells like curry, which is ok except at 7:00AM every morning.
