this is the worst place to move...you may as well move into the projects...atleast you know what you are getting yourself into. They have had peoples homes broken into...the management is very rude and nasty (when they are there) the apartments are noisy, infested with cockroaches and you can't get any sunlight. when you complain about something all they do is come back at you with a complaint about something that you are doing???? they are so unproffesional it is outrageous. they sent around forms saying that your lease is up and if you renew it'll be $50 more but if you don't it will be $250. more plus an almost $300.00 fee to process the increase.

As management I just had to respond to this one. Previously, an increase may have been $50 (not bad all and all), however, there is no possible way there would be a fee to process an increase. The only "fee" there would be, is if a lease carried over to a month to month lease. That may also be where the "$250" increase was comming from. If you don't renew, you go month to month, which used to be calculated by taking the market rent (possibly $250 more than you are/were paying?) plus the month to month fee (20% of your rent). I suggest reading the letter and contacting us with questions before making assumptions.
