I am currently living in this coplex and let me give my honest opinions:
Bad things:
1. I hate the management here. They are very indifferent and rude. They hardly lift the phone if you call for a maintenance issue and never return your calls. You have to keep calling them... the standard answer.. i am the only one working here and crap.
2. The walls of the apartment are paper thin. We live in a 2 bed room apartment and can hear the neighbours from both the apartments. I dont think the neighbours are making a loud noise. Looks like they are just talking but we can here them as if we were in the same room.
3. Our bathroom sink looks terrible while renting we asked them to change it but they never did.

Good:
1. Parking is okay.

I'm moving from SF and have an appt this weekend to take a look at a 2 bedroom. From reading all the negative comments, doesn't sound like this will be my top choice. Thanks.

I walked into the leasing office today (7/28/06) and the leasing consultant was very aloof with me, like she didn't care to help me with my questions. I can see why AT's residents despise the management.
