What people are saying about the management is mostly true. But they are nice enough if you are nice to them. You just have to not be in too much of a hurry to get something done because they are usually annoyingly understaffed.

The apartments are pet friendly which is hard to come by. The grounds are kept pretty well, but the trees shed these pine needles like CRAZY and go all over the place, and the squirrels run rampant. But some people like that woodsy feel. The complex is almost always under construction for one reason or another and this can be loud and obnoxious.

I feel safe there and have heard the same from other tennants. The walls are super thin, the guy I share a wall with actually keeps me awake from his snoring. The guy above me talks on the phone at 3AM and I can almost make out everyword.

When we moved in a lot was wrong with the apartment and we made sure to mark down every little thing so that they wont charge us, and hopefully they wont.

Each apartment gets 1 parking spot, and there is a big parking lot for guests that usually always provides an extra spot if you have more than one car.

The pool is not heated like they say it is, but still isnt bad when its sunny out. There are a lot of really cool neighbors which makes living there better. Me and my boyfriend shopped around for months and this was one of the cheapest, so I guess you get what you pay for!

The maintanance guy is really nice and usually gets to you within 2 days.
