ARBOR TERRACE is the worst place I have lived in. The management is very rude and unco-operative. You can never reach them. Most of the time the office would be locked and nobody will be picking up the phone. For the last one year that I have lived here all the external repair works are done, giving lot of inconveniences. Lot of that the rent has beeen increased almost 30% - which is ridiculous. This is just an effort to squeeze out the money from the resident. Recent my cars were towed for the road work and there were damages to the car- and top of that I was billed for this, I don't know whom to complain. It seems the apartment management can do whatever they like. Very dissapointed, will discourage anybody to take up rent here.

If you got warned that your car has to be moved... it's you own damn fault for not moving it. Very simple to avoid the problem...
