I have lived here over a year and a half and just received a massive hike in the rent an increase of over 33%. There is absolutly no sound proofing and they just moved a family with a noisy kid in above me.You also have to pay utilities and annual insurance.Not worth paying a premium for the area.On the positive side the trees are beautifull but now I am not willing to pay this kind of rent and will be moving soon. I would not recommend these apartments.
