Nancy- The manager of Arbor Terrace is the rude-st person

The location of the apt is good, so are some of the facilities.
However, Nancy who heads the management is the worst thing to happen here.
I wonder why she is not sacked yet.
Often times she contacts us for payments that are already made, we would need to rush to prove the fact that we have already made the payment. She has done this atleast 5 times in one year. It can be very irritating.

I'm so glad I moved from there got a great landlord and a 3 bed room house in a great neighborhood for the same price as if I'd stayed there. While I was there 2.5 years I saw my rent go from $1250 to $1750 for a 2 bed room. Really I'm glad Nancy was so rude it force me to go find a better place for the same price. Had there been good management I might have gotten a decented deal and stayed, then I would have missed a better place to live. Good luck for those who stay there

OMG! You are so right. I no longer live there (thank GOD!) but the 3 years I lived there she was the rudest person I have ever been in contact with in my life. Why is it that she is able to keep her job? Does nobody complain about her to corporate? Probably not!

They do it again. I had set up an auto pay for the rent, and they take $160 more.
