I moved in to the apartment a month back. I find the location of the complex prime, it has very good connectivity to most of the places. Though the apartment is a little old from inside(doesn't look so from outside though), the amenities are in line with what I expected, in some places better. If you are not specifically looking for Cupertino School District for a family person, 2 bedroom prices are reasonable and spacious enough.

I really appreciated efforts of Cory. He worked overtime for 2 hours to assist me in signing of lease. Christopher also assisted in smooth move. I wish these guys provide the same level of support going forward, it would be a nice place to live in. And I would be tempted to renew my lease again next year, if the hike is reasonable off course :).

If you remove Nancy out of the picture, the complex would be a lot better.

WOW! This is the first good review of the apartments I've seen. However, this person has been there only 1 month. Let's see what he thinks after 6 to 12 months.

Good luck! That is all that I can say. I just moved out and I am so glad that I finally was able to get out of there. Cory is good but he is new so give it time and he will be gone. There is a terrible turnover in the office, that is except for the manager, Nancy, who is a total b***h. I am not going to go into the long story about the return of my security deposit but let's just say that I got screwed but just don't have the time or the energy to fight it. I would not move in here if it was the last place on the earth. I would rather live in my car.

Anyone who would come to a board like this /after the fact; and within the first 30 days of residency; is obviously an Arbor Terrace shill IMO. I would love to read a positive review; but from someone who actually had some experience. This website is a great tool to locate an apartment based on consumer review (did you use it for that purpose?)It is also a great place to post grievances (you didn't) and since you seem to be in the minority - and based on your review; I have to ask? Are you a company shill? A real tenant? Or what do you think of it now?
