Bedbugs are hearty creatures, and apparently difficult to eliminate! The management has responded to complaints by hiring Orkin. After a series of pesticide treatments over the last several months, the bedbugs are still nibbling warm bodies at night. Other aspects of living at Arbor Terrace are tolerable, but be sure to ask them about bedbugs before you move in. We know from first hand experience that the 700 building is infested.

nothing would surprise me about this place. there used to be a problem with rats and now it is bedbugs.

Arbor terrace sucks. Expensive, dirty and apparently I'm not the only one who has bedbugs in this damn place. Anyone ready for a collective lawsuit against them?

Yes this place is horrible. We've been leaving here for A VERY LONG TIME. And it has been nothing but horrible. HORRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD. My mom's car was broken into TWICE. They smashed the front window and stole her radio. At night people loiter in the back parking lot, the side of the apartment that faces fair oaks. We complained about our very noisey neighbors...but all management does is pretend to act like they are trying to solve our problem. They say they have security that comes around and patrol the area...i havent seen them. Its very scary to walk to your apartment ESPECIALLY at night...there are drug dealers around. The apartment is old, and outdated. The neighborhood is just terrible, i can't stress that enough, and I THINK I HAVE BED BUGS IN MY APARTMENT. The past two days i've been waking up with bites on my arms and legs. This place is just disgusting. The only plus would be the location of the apartment, its close to alot of stores and freeways.

I just moved in and not had any problems that you all have had. For the bug problems it is because the government got rid of the chemical that kills them. Also people are bringing them in from other apartment communities.It has been pretty quite in my area. I like the clean pool since not many other apartment complexes have them. The manager is very nice and does listen.
