The only thing good about this apartment is the location.The management is reallly bad.Any problem you face they have minimum 2 days response time. The woodwork in kitchen is awful. They have not redone it since years. The appliance are also very old. The bath tubs are old. The carpets are old. The apartment complex is cleaned once a week i guess. The laundry is awful. The washer-dryer are small, take more money and are mostly broken. If you complain to management they tell you to call laundry people directly. They have lots of empty apartments so the rates have gone done very much. But the apartment management will try to get maximum from you. Bargain with them they have lots of empty apartments(though i dont recommend this place). Also they charge you hell lot of money for water, garbage etc. negotiate that also. I was overpaying too much so I am moving out this month.It really sucks to stay here.

It is good that you got smart and are moving out of that horrible place. I moved out July 08 and am so glad to not still be there. Management is absolutely the worst!
