I have been renting for a years in this area but these apartments are the worst in all respects.
1. Very old
2. Thin walls where you can hear your neighbours
3. The most disgusting part is we found rats in our apartment. This is the first time I encountered rats in any of our apartments we rented so far.
4. Lots of bugs in our kitchen. These disgusting bugs keep coming.
5. Kitchen shelves are so old, the wood falling as powder.
6. Horrible management. If you call them for any problem, they pretend that they took your order but never enter into the book. If you go in person, then they say its not there and you need to ask for the repairs again. We need to remind them couple of time for every work order.
7. No recreation center to host any parties.
8. Got a very small gym 8 X 8 feet room with most of the things broken. Got a just a few and in that half of them are broken.
9. They dont accept any mail packages for you. horrible.
10 Their laundry room is very small and most of them dont work.
11. Got a notice that there were some break-ins. both into the apartments and into the cars too.
This list keeps on going.
Never rent here and I am not going to renew my contract.

Stop cribbing of petty issues...you have no idea of the harassment and gouging at some others http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CA-Sunnyvale-Remington-Grove-Apartments-904917.html consider yourself lucky to have least of the problems.

The apartment is not that bad considering the low price. It seems sunnyvale has a problem with bugs in all the complexes around. I like the maintenance staff. I had a problem and they took care of it that same day. i did not have to wait. it was great.
