guys if u really enjoy bed bugs bite thn go for this aprtment, i think they should rename it as bed bug terrace. this apartment is too old, managemnt is bad, especially TESSA. they talk very nicely before u guys sign the lease but once evrythin is done they ll show their true colors.i was in this apartment for just 2 months and in a month they did bug treatment thrice but no improvemnt i was still finding bugs crawling on walls.

I lived there in 2006. I was on the third floor and did not have a bug problem. However, I agree with everything else. The management treats people like garbage; they treat garbage better.
