I would just like to write a review about Avalon Silicon Valley.

After reading all the ratings I would like to rate the property and comment on what I have experienced at this community in the past 5 yrs I have lived here.

Avalon Silicon Valley is a Well kept friendly community. Any time am out walking my dog, or walking to or from my vehicle and I see a leasing agent, maintenance employee they always acknowledge me with a friendly "Hello" Or "Good Morning".

The parking is covered and enclosed and always availably, never has anyone ever been parked in my space. If I have guest come to visit me they always find close convent parking with in reasonable distance to my apartment. Some people have experienced break ins, which I have been luck so far and have not had to deal with. How ever I do not leave any of my valuables in my vehicle, as that can get the attention of a thief to want to brake in and take my valuables. So I would recommend the residents don't leave your valuables in your vehicle, just as your wouldn't do at a shopping mall or at a public parking lot.

The ground of the community are very well kept up and cleaned 7 days a week. We have a nice and clean, pretty quiet community. There are two beautiful pools here that I enjoy. I really enjoy it because some time you just don't want to be in the main big pool with alot of people, and the other pool is smaller and not so busy. I love the fact of the women's and men's indoor Jacuzzi. Its really nice after a long hard day at work.

I love the promptness of the maintenance crew, if there is an emergency they always have some one on call to come to fix the problem right away no matter what time it is as long as its an emergency they will be right there. Usually they get the job done in one time. They are friendly and always have a smile no matter how annoying I may have been at times.

Over all this is a great friendly place to live and I highly recommend it to others.
