When relocating to the South Bay I looked at a lot of places over a 3 month period and let me tell you that this place is worth every penny, but then again maybe I'm not as high-maintenence as others''

The construction of this place compared to any other is the South Bay is top notch in that I can never hear any of my neighbors...a HUGE plus in my book as this is my sanctuary after a hard day of work!!

Have never had a bad experience with the staff, but maybe that's because I treat them nice...remember the golden rule kids...if you act bitchy to someone they may not be as willing to help you out and in fact go out of their way to NOT assist you.

Parking is not a problem...but then again I only have 1 car so that's kind of a moot point, but I do see how the non-reserved parking gets at night.

Have never had anything broken into or stolen from my car or storage...knock on wood. Thieve will always find a way and there's no way that the police or security can be everywhere at once. Gate or no gate it would not be that hard to hop the fence and wait until security makes their rounds...a true theif can break into your car and get what's sitting in plain sight in under 30 seconds...so how do you expect the security patrol to cover that much ground' I'd suggest that they install security cameras at least then we could help find who these people are!! No of course if I had something stolen I too would be upset but I wouldn't blame management...that's why I have renters insurance!!

On top of everything else they have great pools, a top notch clubhouse, the gym is OK with a nice spa downstairs...would like to see them add some more equipment to the gym, but hey if you don't like it go to 24-hour Nautalis down the street...keeps the gym empty for me.

My only "Real" complaint is the fact that there's a limitation to the options you have for broadband internet/cable/satellite type stuff. Would like to see them bring in Comcast for Cable and Broadband services.
