i moved in last year and signed up for an odd 13 months lease as strictly required. Althoug i ve heard a lot from my co workers who lived their about the extremely bad management and frequent change of staff, i though it d be convenient to just walk across the street to work.

It s been such a nightmare!!! my car was broken into twice in the "Gated" parking with the "Gated" community. Tried several times to reason with the management who felt no simpathy and asked me to call the police instead and although i wasnt expecting them to reimburse me for any damages my car has suffered, I expected at least to add survillance cameras.

Amenities are cool, but never maintained especially the fitness center.

it is a site for "Crimes" and that im better off in East Palo Alto, if it wasn?t too far from work.

Deposit' I am not holding my breath as 2 of my neighbors have totally lost theirs, one of them is taking them to court.

I do NOT recommend this place at all. Talk to people to live or lived their. They ll tell you stories that you would never expect that a known corporation like AVALON and their upper management read tenants? surveys and direct compalins but never care.

I even wrote letters to Mr. Blair the President of the company who just forwaded my email to the Portfolio Manager who did absolutely NO follow up.

My advice, if you are wiling to pay this much for rent, look for newer and better communities aroound> there are plenty of them
