You will never last more than one lease term without feeling you've been suckered. They will be very generous to new tennants, but will make every effort that you move out when your lease is over.
Besides, the gates never work here (even when there's no "maintenance" going on), the elevators always smell from garbage, cars in the garage keep getting vandalized, and it takes them two days to respond to a maintenance call.
