I've lived here 2 years, and since other people have covered crime and such I'll focus on other things (though I've never had a problem with crime or the management). When I first moved in I could not get DSL or cable modem service, only service offered by an ISP that had leased lines coming into the buildings. That ISP is now ygnition.net, which isn't bad, I get T1 speeds up and down for $80 a month (with 2 static IP's) but that's because they bought out the ISP that used to be here and I'm a legacy customer, I dont think new customers get that good of a deal. SBC DSL is available here now, though they're still pretty far from the CO (15,606 feet) so they may not get good speed, the SBC web test says further testing may be needed to see if I can get DSL from them. Comcast cable isn't available here, instead you have to go through Castle Cable, www.castlecable.com, and their service is horrible. I had their digital cable service and I've never had a worse experience with a cable provider, it was a complete waste of money. Getting satellite reception may also be a problem for people on the 1st floor as the buildings are quite tall here and close together. Also, I've had reception problems with Nextel, AT&T Wireless, and Verizon Wireless cell phone services here, but that may just be my apartment (1st floor). Now that I think about it, I can't get AM/FM either ... this place seems to be a black hole when it comes to radio waves. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
