Okay, seriously... yes there may be car thefts, and yes noise may be a problem if you're closer to the road BUT come on now, it's not like anywhere else would be better. You risk getting your car broken into anywhere, and yes it's unfortunate that you can hear a lot... but I seriously thing that you'll get that in any apartment (most anyway). My husband and I have been here for over a year and a half and we love it. We upgraded from a 1 bed 1 bath just a few weeks ago. Here's what happened: The day before we were supposed to move in, we did a walk through with our leasing consultant (Nice gal, Kate) and we came to find that they had not yet cleaned the carpet which was badly stained. We HAD to move the next day though, and Kate felt very bad about it. She took care of the problem immediately, and rather than just cleaning the carpets like they usually do, they replaced them in the entire apt. that very day. Our second problem was that the cabinet doors were pretty worn, because to be honest with you, theyre not made of very good materials. They got someone out here to come try to fix the problem, but that didn't really help much. So the new manager, Shelly came up to our apartment... that's right, she came out to check em out herself. She said they can't replace the cabinets but that she'll see what she can do about the problem because she wants us to be happy in our apartment. Aparently the complex WILL be redoing all the cabinets throughout the complex in like, a year or so. BUT, she asked how everything else was, and we said we love the place so much, and the service, aside from the carpet incident, and she was devistated to hear that that had happened, so she said she'd give us some American Express gift cards. The very next day, we got 2 25 dollar American Express gift cards. In our 1 bed 1 bath we had a bit of an ant problem and we told them about it, and the very next day someone came to fix it... I mean, they're on it! The staff is very nice... I read a lot of complaints about the staff being rude, and that's just not true. I've already seen a few incredibly sweet people working in the office: Mike, Kate, Rhabia (I don't know how she spells her name), and now Shelly, to name a few. So I'm not sure why people complained about that. Parking is pretty good if you come at the right time of day... but since we gave our roommate our assigned parking space, my husband uses the guest parking, and he's never had a problem finding a space. The fitness center is open 24 hours, which is awesome to me. I really like it, and I recommend it!
