If you have any interest in your safety and the safety of your family- DO NOT LIVE HERE! I had two cars broken inot and my apartment broken into within 2 months. Once I realized that my brand new car had it's window broken out, I went directly to the office to see if they had a vacuum of some sort to remove the glass- they said sorry but the residents are not allowed to use it and they refused to assist me. I had to drive to the carwash while sitting in broken glass to take care of this issue. The security is terrible and when I filed my third police report- the office told me that my car was the thirtieth that week in our community alone!! It is ridiculous and I am so glad to be free of the terror of Avalon Silicon Valley!

What are you talking about? I have had no such problems and I have in fact seen patrol cars driving in the parking garages as early as 6.30pm!
