Avalon needs a new Community Manager

The community manager (Shelley) needs a lesson in hospitality and customer service. She's very unhelpful, rude, and most of all she's very prejudice towards other ethnicities. I have meet several residents living here and they all agree that she is friendly towards "white people" and very rude to hindu, asian, and other foreigners. Please beware. This is not good for living here and for business. Someone should remove her at once and replace her with someone with respect to everyone.

Very true the community manager doesn't know customer service, she is very rude and impatience. She doesn't know how to act with her tenents who basicly is her customers. I also agree that she is racist, you got that right. With 85% or more of tenents from different ethinics (asian, indian, hispanic, europeon) she is very racist. Hey avalonbay how did you choose her as manager in silicon valley-didn't you all know this place is fill with people from different race-why do you have such a prejudice manager here. I hope someday some one sue her for being such a racist -----. |
