good but overpriced for the location

good community. clean site. has almost all facilities inside the community. but the problem is that it faces two express ways... 101 and lawrence. could get very expensive if you want a nicer apt unit (say facing the pool, or away from the expressway). facilities are okay - decent parking (underground). nice staff. definitely overpriced considering the fact that you can find other apartments in the same area at a cheaper price...
