Nice but nothing in the area

the community is nice, we moved into corporate housing and there was very little to complain about. We looked into rents but found it not worth the $1600 for a 1bd 1bt. Resident parking is adequate, but the guest spots are hard to find... first come first serve.
Appliances were new, washer/dryer in good condition and the carpets were very clean.
Only drawback is that the location is lame and far away from grocery or good restaurants. If you can afford it, like to drive around everywhere then it is worthwhile.
