Rent Renewal SUCKS!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This really is a fine apartment - lived here for over 2 years. Unfortunately, the rent went up by about 15% each year till it became unbearable.

Otherwise, the brownie points are:

1. Great service

2. Good parking

3. Excellent maintenance

4. Friendly staff

5. Good location

6. Beautiful apartments

Most everything else is an upside, except for the one downside of ever-increasing rent.
