It gets worse and worse, and now construction across the street!

Good looking community, but fitness center is outdated, some equipment waits to be repaired forewer! The "heated" pool is often cold. Staff forgets repair requests (waited more then a week for garbage disposal to be repaired, had to remind them twice!) Water closet waited to be repaired 3 days (thanks God we have 2 bathrooms). Patio looks disgusting in spring and summer because of some stuff from the trees, or you have to clean it twice a day! And if you have seasonal allergy - you just don't use patio at all. And now Four Points Sheraton right across the street has full reconstruction. Lots of dust and noise added to noise and dust from highway 101 and Lawrence.
