money making on pets/ clothes of the ladies staff are revealing

I like avalon silicon valley, but the pet policies are very tight. 35 $ / month in addition to a 650$ cat deposit and much more for dogs. I think it is not very pet friendly as they claim. The senior manager is a nice person. The other office staff will be good with you if they know that you'd go to the manager in case of any trouble. Beware of the ladies there, especially, the leasing staff ladies, dont trust their honesty and read twice before signing. Some ladies also wear revealing clothes.
