nice place, arrogant staff, get a bank-loan BEFORE you move in

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The good:
- pretty nice place, with nice apartments & appliances, relatively quiet if not facing Lawrence, 101 , the pool or Lakeside Dr. where there is ongoing construction (hmm, that leaves few options, right').
- helpful staff if you are about to make any kind of payment.
The bad:
- Be prepared to pay a hefty rent (about $400 more than market average for Sunnyvale) and take your heart medication before inquiring about lease renewal rates which may go up anywhere from 10% to 25%.
- Have a nice stereo, nav, etc. in your car' Take some nice pictures, 'cause that's all that's going to be left after the crooks somehow circumvent the security patrol, get inside the gated garage and "borrow" whatever they please out of your car, after thoughtfully breaking one or more of your windows...
- Left a deposit' Bye bye. That's just additional rent since there's a good chance you'll never see it again.
- Like the sound of lawnmowers in the morning' Good, it'll go very well along with your coffee and newspaper.
- Since you are about to move here you won't mind the extra $150 a month for water & PGE right'
- Also you won't mind seeing now and then poopies that look like they came from elephants not dogs under 25 lbs.
