I was one of the unfortunate tenants at this place. Even though i do not live there anymore i still remember the pains that i went through.

First if you ever met a person (leasing agent) named something like Tasha Corr**a - better get a lawyer now itself..

That person said a bunch of things (about the terms) which we believed to be true and signed the lease and then later found that they are not true. Well, at that time we did the mistake of signing the lease without "reading all the fine print".
So, please do that. NEVER sign at this place without reading it completely and thoroughly.

And the (mis)management team they have there is the worst i have ever see, Do not get fooled by the neat and nice leasing office you would see. That is a trap.

Just ask the same question (say if you want to transfer from one avalon to another avalon, which we tried to do) you will get different answers from every agent. I haven't seen such inconsistency before.

Just avoid any avalon. That is the best advice i can give. That way you would not get ripped off.

Yes. I am a resident too and beleive in what is said in this review. Tasha no longer works here, thank God for that. Always record the converstaion while talking to an agent as there are inconsistensies as you mentioned.
