Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

I only lived here a year, but I had no major complaints other than guest parking. I've had people need to park in the brewery nearby's parking lot when they visit me because they didn't find any parking in the complex.
Other than that, it's been great. Even after a year and only seeing him a couple times in the office, the leasing consultant who I originally signed the lease with remembers my name. One of the girls at the desk (who, incidentally, is quite cute) remembers my apartment number when I come in to pick up packages. Granted, I'm in there twice a week to pick them up, but I think it's still a feat with a complex this large.
The apartment itself is nice, albeit a bit pricey. It's rare to hear any noise from neighbors except coming through the plumbing in the bathroom, but that's still muffled. Everything was in good shape when I moved in and has held up since.
Well, actually, the air conditioning was broken when I first moved in. The people at the office were very quick to send someone out to fix it, though it did take a couple times before it actually got completely fixed. It's still not that great, but considering how rarely I actually use it, it hasn't affected me much. I'm fortunate to have windows on two sides of the apartment, so cross-breezes come through and it gets cool enough at night around here that it's not a huge issue.
The grounds are well-kept, pretty, and filled with (mostly) friendly people. Sometimes you'll hear someone blasting opera music, though, which is really odd (who blasts OPERA').
Anyway, thumbs up.
