Lots of car break-in lately...BAD BAD BAD security

For the past few weeks, there are lots of break-in in the car garage (even at the keyed basement where it is supposed to be safe). Management is not doing enough about security. Recently, I've heard that a guy lost his HD TV inside his car when he left his car overnight. Apparently, the guy was moving and just left his stuff. But more than that, just a cellphone left in the car could be a reason to get your windows smashed. This is not just one, two, or three incidents in the past weeks but there are even more!! Bad security while you are paying too much money to live in this apartment. There seems to be some security cameras on few places around the apartment but it looks like they are only for display.
