Lease terms are very bad & they won't let you stay more than 2 years

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Lease term for existing tents to extend there lease 11th month will be $1740 , but for 12 month lease $1820. This explains they don't want the existing to stay in the appartments.
Please make sure if you want to stay this type of appartments.
competitive prices compare to other Avalon appartments , this place charges more
Rent is too high compare to North park appartments on N.First Street
