Don't let the grounds, amenities or the model homes fool you. The actual apartment interiors are average at best. The carpet quality is very cheap and basically falls apart under neath you. I don't have any pets and I don't wear shoes in my apartment. The grade of carpet is very poor and the installation is shoddy (peeling up at corners). I have a second story apartment and always hear the neighbors above me. I don't think they are even necessarily that loud, but the installation between their floor and my ceiling is almost non-existent. The complex is very family oriented which I think is great, however, some residents insist on letting their children run wild around the apartment corridors. Take them to a park! The outside of my apartment is not a playground.

I've only been her a couple of months and I am very dissatisfied. While it was one of the nicer apartment complexes in Sunnyvale I wish I would have settled for a slightly longer commute and a community that I am truly happy with. The new receptionist in the leasing office speaks almost no English and it is very difficult to communicate with her. If leasing staff or a manager is not available forget taking care of whatever you need to as she either tells you to come back later or to leave a voice mail for the manager.

My advice to future residents is to really weigh your options and don't settle for this complex unless you have too.

This review is very true ..I have rented at this community too and have the same observations...and believe me even if you do talk to the manager ..she wont even listen....so there is no point !!
