1. Mangement treats you like scum. Especially when they raise the rent though the rents are falling around the town. New renters get as much as $200 off per month off the renewing renters.
2. Considering the premium they charge, the grounds are very poorly maintained. There is no clubroom for social activities
3. Due to the high prices you have 5 or 6 single people living per two bedroom apartment and that makes for a lousy atmosphere.
