Pleasant, trees, quiet, bad parking

I don't agree with all the other postings that say this place is noisy. My apt is really quiet (except for occasional patterings of the kids upstairs) -- I never hear outside noise at all. I love all the trees and think this is by far the most pleasant, peaceful place I've ever lived.
I've found the local management responsive with maintenance requests and general politeness, but the meta-mgmt (the folks who set rents) are typical corporate greedy folks who won't lower rents down to real market value.
Parking is a problem late at night if you have more than one car (you only get one reserved spot).
Apartments themselves are spacious and newly renovated. Amenities rock. Location is good because it's surrounded by empty dotcoms -- so no neighborhood noise -- but bad b/c it's not terribly close to grocery stores, etc. Close to Fry's though.
