Ok, place but very noisy and getting worse

I have lived here for about 3 years. When I first moved in, I was happy becuase it was a smaller place and felt more like a community. However since then, my rent has gone from 1735 for a two bedroom to almost 2100 in 3 years.. not bad I suppose considering the area. But what is worse is the noise level has gotten much higher.. lots of kids moving in and the middle of the complex acts like an echo chamber.. noise at all hours of the night. Also, there is a MAJOR parking problem here. NOt nearly enough spaces.. I think it is way overpriced for what you get.
ON the positive side, the management is quite nice and the apartments are very nice and spacious.. I am moving out this year, I think there are much better deals to be had.
