Unbelievably Noisy. Screaming and yelling at all hours

Well, I have had it. I have been here for about three years. The noise level at this place in the last 6 months has been unbearable. Lots of groups of kids moving in and it feels more like a college dorm rather than an apartment community. You call security but they do nothing. You tell the office and they do nothing. And yet almost night after night you hear groups of kids walking around the grounds yelling, swearing and screaming. Too bad, it used to be a nice place. If you are looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere. dont say I didnt warn you.
Positive notes: nice apartments.. although greatly overpriced.
