watch OUT for the Power Lines

I lived at the Avalon Parkside for a year and we live in the back where the powerlines are. Its kinda scary cause when you walk under it you can hear the lines making zapping noises as if they were going to snap. You hear the noise sometimes not all the time.
Parking can be a problem esp when you come home late.
If you face the court yard noise can be a problem as my roommates have encountered. I was lucky that my bedroom wasn't facing the courtyard so i didnt have to deal with it.
I like the double pane windows--pool is pretty nice and the gym is decent. Decent location, management seems nice.
